Terrible support and service
President's Choice owes me$74.14. They sent me a bad check.And after months now trying to collect my money through BBB, I think they will not return my money. President's Choice is woth $74 Billion dollars but yet they want to steal my$74.14. I will not stop fighting them for my money. Robber Barons. Unbelievable. Can we organize a class action lawsuit.
The chatbot has no answers. The submit form for customer service doesn't work on my laptop (won't let me choose a topic and won't submit the email unless you choose a topic). Nobody answers the phone after an hour. No contact email for help. I have no idea what to do to get help. It's terrifying how there is no human connection anymore its all robots and it answers the wrong questions and has nothing to click that says wrong answer. Very sad for Canada's Largest company.
I have a PC Mastercard and something I sent back turned into a credit on my card. I have been trying for months to get my money out of there. Email, phone (on hold forever, so hung up), told to send to a safe place which I have done 3 times now, and not a word back. I also took out some cash at a PC ATM and was charged $4. then, and another $5. showed on my monthly statement. I think once I get my money, I will ditch this card and get one with someone more helpful.
