I opened PC Financial Money Account, but somehow were opened two of them. One I use, but another I want to delete. After contacting a few times PC Financial team, I understood that they not only don't know how to do this but also don't know their duties. They were unable to delete the account! If you value your time, stay as far away from PC Financial as possible. Their customer service is designed to make you give up. The 2-Hour Wait: Every single time I call, I am stuck on hold for two hours. It is clear they are either severely understaffed or simply don't care about their customers' time. The "Escalation" Hang-Up: The moment you finally get through and ask for a manager or the escalations department, they "accidentally" disconnect the call. President's Choice Financial owes me about $3,000. I closed my banking account more than a year ago and still haven't received a check. There is no way to connect with them; I have been complaining and spending hours on calls to reach them, but with no success. Avoid this bank at all costs
I was reading all of the one star complaints and they are all correct. This banks customer service is awful. The worst I've ever experienced.
