DO NOT!... I repeat! DO NOT, accept one of these cards from anyone offered! I have one and started with 15,000 limit. I have it for over 6 months! Yesterday, I logged in my app, and the credit limit was DECREASED to 5,000 out of nowhere! I called the help desk and they couldn't do anything about it, NOT EVEN explaining to me the reason that they have decreased my credit limit. ALL of my other cards are at ~20,000 limit! My credit score is 770! I have ZERO late payments all these years! AVOID THEM!
PLEASE BE AWARE!!!! Do not open an account with this company. First of all if u you have savings or any money in an account qnd u need to transfer for a purchase or anything its impossible to get a hold of a rep to help u... my biggest mistake has been putting money into a pc account to save for a purchase now i am in process of buying and because their physical reps at thesw supermarket locations have no authority basically they are sales people i have to get ahold of customer service called their customer service number al... read more
If I could leave a 0 star I would. PC Financial is a joke. Hold times for 90 minutes to 2 hours to speak to someone, no ability to escalate claims. I have been on hold.for.more than 9 hours in 3 days. They have zero respect for their customers. They have outsourced their fraud department so there is no way to directly contact them. They say could be 3 days good luck, they then say they'll file a complaint and someone will call. Then you get an email telling you they received a complaint but they don't call back. Would never recommend this financial institution to anyone! Nothing but problems from day one! And their so-called customer service is a joke! No Return phone calls and passed around from department to department! Never in control of your own money!! Communist style run financial institution!! Stay well clear!!
Please help! I certainly hope that when EQ takes over PC Financial that things will improve as there's been a lot of times where the system is down with no notices going out to their customers and no notice of when the system will be back up and running. And when you call the phone number to find out when it will be back up. It simple states the same then hangs up.
