Worst bank in the history of Canadian banking. There’s absolutely nothing that the PC money account can do that can be done at any other bank. I opened this account through an in person promotion at Loblaws last Thanksgiving. They promised me 200,000 points for just opening the account and making three different and separate bill payments within two months. RUN! Just run. This company is absolutely mis-happed and is certainly not reliable… Like, who approves customers, sends out a card in the mail and then cancels it when you try and activate it?!? When you call to ask why, you are met with staff that can hardly speak English. Applied for a BMO Porter account the day after, and was approved right away, no hassles! Stick to the main banks for sure!!!! Don’t waste your time with this place. Read all the ‘unanswered’ online reviews for sure.
I got a PC Mastercard and I was supposed to get $125 dollars in points. I got $100 instead. Tried to talk to someone and no one answers. Cancelled the card immediately. I would recommend that NOBODY give their business to this Micky Mouse Bank! It’s a joke. And as far as I’m concerned they couldn’t give a rat’s ass about customer service. I’d give zero stars if I could because they are THAT bad!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
