Excellent service as always from Presidential for our annual inspection. Ishmail was very thorough and extremely pleasant.
I hired this company to repair my heat pump. Before the visit, I clearly informed them of the brand name. They charged me for diagnosing the problem, but afterward told me that the parts were not available. I only found this out two days later when I called to follow up — they never informed me themselves. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional.
Fast and very professional! Second time they installed a furnace for me. Love this company and highly recommend them.
