Installed a Daikin unit from them for around 5k and it started creating problem in just 2 years. Didn't know about the drain pan heater option and was never told for it, there is many times error showing on unit as ice gets build up in outdoor unit which stops the fan to work and unit is dead because of it untill it melts.
