HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! In Halifax at end of June and used this limo service from the airport to the hotel. Arafat was my driver and he was excellent!!!! I booked the limo to take me back to the airport. He contacted me the day before to confirm the pick up time and was there...right on time. Excellent driver. Luxury vehicles. 5+ stars. Thank you Arafat - you are definitely an asset to this company!!!
We have used Presidential Taxi & Limo several times and keep coming back. They are courteous and efficient and always take changes in stride. I know that changes are part of the job, but they will do their best to keep their customers happy no matter what. We appreciate all their efforts to make each trip stress free.
We booked a car rom our home to the airport. The driver arrived on time. A true gentleman and a great driver. Very comfortable trip to the airport. Takes the stress out of parking our own vehicle at the airport. Highly recommend their service.
Awful experience with your driver, Arafat Tlaib, during a pickup from the airport this morning. From the start of the trip, the interaction felt uncomfortable. When we told him our destination was Enfield, he appeared visibly upset, seemingly because it was not a longer or more lucrative fare. Despite being given the full address along with nearby landmarks, he seemed unsure of where he was going. While driving, he attempted to type an address into his phone.
