We booked a car rom our home to the airport. The driver arrived on time. A true gentleman and a great driver. Very comfortable trip to the airport. Takes the stress out of parking our own vehicle at the airport. Highly recommend their service.
Awful experience with your driver, Arafat Tlaib, during a pickup from the airport this morning. From the start of the trip, the interaction felt uncomfortable. When we told him our destination was Enfield, he appeared visibly upset, seemingly because it was not a longer or more lucrative fare. Despite being given the full address along with nearby landmarks, he seemed unsure of where he was going. While driving, he attempted to type an address into his phone. hour late for pickup completely messed things up for PROM
Last night was our wedding and we booked a ride in advance. They didn’t show. I called them and they said to check my junk mail but the only thing there was a reminder for our reservation. No cancellation. Do NOT use this service. My damn wedding. My card has still not been refunded.
