Brynlee and Denise have helped me so much getting the right apartment! Denise was very helpful and even showed us her apartment since she also lives here. Brynlee answered every question I had and was very knowledgeable. I have been at the apartment for a few days now and it’s a very nice area. Beautiful yard court and most importantly very clean nice looking apartment for an affordable price. I have no complaints at all. I’m very happy with the people working here and as well as my apartment!
I have lived in presidential square apts now for about 13 years. I’m very happy here and I find the office Staff has always been very helpful. The Maintenance department always responds fairly very quickly. I have never had any issues with my neighbor’s. Sometimes parking can be a little difficult, but overall I enjoy living here. It’s a great Community to live in.
I’m happy with my years of experience at Presidential Square Apartments. The office staff is responsive and helpful, and maintenance requests are usually handled quickly. The community is relatively quiet. The lawns are kept up nicely, which makes it a comfortable, welcoming place to live and having a laundry room in the buildings makes apartment life easier. The location is extremely convenient for shopping and getting around. I would recommend this apartment complex.
I have lived here, I believe about 3 years or so, from West Philly. Very different environment which I was looking for. Since my arrival I have enjoyed living here. It is very peaceful, quiet and I have recommended this place to several friends. I always have a good experience with the staff.
