I have lived in presidential square apts now for about 13 years. I’m very happy here and I find the office Staff has always been very helpful. The Maintenance department always responds fairly very quickly. I have never had any issues with my neighbor’s. Sometimes parking can be a little difficult, but overall I enjoy living here. It’s a great Community to live in.
I’m happy with my years of experience at Presidential Square Apartments. The office staff is responsive and helpful, and maintenance requests are usually handled quickly. The community is relatively quiet. The lawns are kept up nicely, which makes it a comfortable, welcoming place to live and having a laundry room in the buildings makes apartment life easier. The location is extremely convenient for shopping and getting around. I would recommend this apartment complex.
I have lived here, I believe about 3 years or so, from West Philly. Very different environment which I was looking for. Since my arrival I have enjoyed living here. It is very peaceful, quiet and I have recommended this place to several friends. I always have a good experience with the staff. Parking is terrible. My apartment was spotless, yet there was a mouse issue. The pipes are old, so during the winter expect loud knocking sounds all day AND NIGHT. Denise is a coward. I was a few days late on rent once because I lost my debit card on a trip, and Denise told me, “You’re lucky they’re only giving you a late fee, because I would’ve taken you to court.” Jennifer is rude, argumentative and unprofessional, she tried hard to charge me $400 for not hiring carpet cleaning company (mind you, I lived alone, no pets and... read more
