Parking is terrible. My apartment was spotless, yet there was a mouse issue. The pipes are old, so during the winter expect loud knocking sounds all day AND NIGHT. Denise is a coward. absolutely horrendous management. Jen and Denise are both backhanded and inconsiderate, and lack basic communication skills. after a very confusing lease situation where the lease holder died, they made it incredibly difficult to pay rent and threatened to take us to court two separate times for paying rent a week late, when we were never given a way to pay (i.e. online portal access) nor given a courtesy reminder. we were also NOT PROVIDED WITH A LEASE for over 3 MONTHS of living there. we found mold in the wall panel betwe... read more

First year here, and it's been pretty good. I'm looking forward to another year. Rent is reasonable. Update, I have been here now for 2 1/2 years, and rent is still reasonable. Everything is good.
Rental rates go up continuously. Parking is atrocious. Bathroom drawers fell apart. Price of laundry machines is way too high. Hallways of building “K” smells like cigarette smoke. UPDATE: They wanted to keep a portion of my 73 year old mother's security deposit because when she moved out she didn't clean behind the refrigerator. Keep in mind that the rest of the apartment was spotless.
