Find another pool company! This company is not reliable and their product is substandard. 1) Multiple issues with installation and not meeting dates. Pool was supposed to be done before house closed. With seven months to build the house they missed the date completely. We were reassured multiple times the pool would be done and ready upon move in. We signed our contract Feb 27, 2021. We were told the pool would be done by August. The dig was finally done June 23rd. Then it sat until plumbing was put in on August 20th. And now…….nothing. They are blaming the recent rains, but come on, get the contractor out here with a pump, the world doesn’t stop because of rain.
