I came up to Fayetteville with my 90 year old father to look at some scooters for himself and my mother. Robyn and all the staff were very professional, kind and courteous. She answered all our questions and had already talked to dad numerous times on the phone before we made the trip up. He ended up purchasing one for mom and one for himself. Their showroom was clean and they had a great selection to choose from. I would recommend Presidential Mobility to anyone. The smile on his face says it all.
Top notch professionalism at its best in Fayetteville. Craig, one of their employees, assisted us in dealing with a dealership that would not provide us with a rental due to us needing a handicap accessible vehicle. He spoke with the “right” person and handled everything for us. Assisted us in getting the wheelchair accessible van, set up the repairs on the van and getting the rental paid for. My brother was able to get a ramp from Presidential Mobility and have it delivered and installed at his Mansfield Ar. Address. Leah with Presidential was so helpful with getting the bid ready and getting the contractor to install. The installer was the best and so kind and considerate. Highly recommend. .
These guys really knocked it out of the ball park. Much more beautiful than I expected. These guys made sure everything was just the way I needed it to be. Leah was great to work with and helped me pick out the colors and Sid and Cliff help make sure that the shower head and wand were placed just where I needed them to be.
