Left my kids and their friends in DC on my daughter’s birthday. Owner hung up on me and did not honor the contracted services. My family is very disappointed!
DO NOT BOOK…. Absolutely horrible experience from beginning to end. First, our driver Max seemed very uncomfortable with our group from the moment we stepped in the “party bus”. He would not assist us with getting the music to play - despite it being a PARTY BUS. In addition, typically on a party bus the driver would close the partition. Max the driver kept the partition open, I believe so that he could watch us. We booked the Presidential Limo Service as a family for my mom's birthday. Our driver, Max, did an incredible job with our evening tour of the DC monuments! He was informative, respectful, captured memories we will never forget and made the night so special for our family. I cannot recommend this limo service enough!!
