I had an incredible experience with Presidential homes! So much in fact I haven’t even gotten my keys yet and I’m writing a review. (I get them tomorrow) I was able to custom pick EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING that went into my house. They were such a pleasure to work with & they were open to all my ideas + last minute changes. This company did a poor job on multiple areas of my home that I bought as a military member coming from Korea. There have been many documented issues from day one that Terry refuses to repair or fix saying it’s how something was cleaned or that a major installation issue was my fault and I didn’t mention it on their walk through so not their issue. The experience with Presidential Homes has been best in class! We are fortunate as this is our third new construction home, and working with Kevin, Brett, Jordan and the rest of the team at Presidential has blown the other builders out of the water. Our home is impeccable, the team is responsive and helpful, and we were given the opportunity to customize many aspects of the home that are off limits with national builders. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and the finished product!
From start to finish we had an amazing experience working with the Presidential Homes team. Kevin the listing agent was very helpful and answered any questions along the way!
