On Friday, the day after Christmas, we experienced a steam leak in a ceiling heating pipe between our kitchen and dining room. Given that this was part of the holiday weekend we did not know what to expect for service. Tim returned our call within an hour and came to review the leak and recommend next steps. I'm very pleased with the excellent service of Presidential Heating and Plumbing. I found Tim, Chris, and their team to be professional, reliable, pleasant, and caring. My gas furnace had stopped working when it was extremely cold outside. Tim along with his assistant responded right away, evaluated the issue, and ordered a replacement power venter. Dishwasher leaking; mouse eaten outlet hose. Simple fix for an appliance repair. Erich said my wife had to replace the washer? That’s not helpful at all!
