Recent free phone consult with Tim the Owner (even though it’s been several years since work way up here in Methuen by the NH border so I use local plumber for easy stuff) Yikes I had Big Scare! And local plumber wouldn’t enter my house unless asbestos company came first ) ? potential $$$ asbestos removal and leak from 100 yo wrapped basement pipes. Omg! dude cut me off at a four way stop today. didn't really seem to care he almost hit me. not a great look driving like that when in one of your trucks -- hope it doesn't reflect on behavior with clients (though it seems they do not respond to communications well too)
Today we had our ancient tub/shower diverter valve replaced. Presidential did an outstanding job. Their work was careful and so neat and tidy despite the awkward access to the plumbing. The price was less than we expected!
Excellent company in all aspects for plumbing and heating issues. During the extended extremely cold period this last winter. I needed to find a company to come out to my house and assess a possible frozen pipe issue. Working with this company was such a wonderful experience. The company foreman came out and assessed the situation and first tried to free the blockage by "zapping" the copper piping in the area that was suspected to have the blockage.
