Excellent company in all aspects for plumbing and heating issues. During the extended extremely cold period this last winter. I needed to find a company to come out to my house and assess a possible frozen pipe issue. Working with this company was such a wonderful experience. The company foreman came out and assessed the situation and first tried to free the blockage by "zapping" the copper piping in the area that was suspected to have the blockage. Our boiler went down this February. We feel blessed to have connected with Presidential. They were rock solid. Expert advice, trustworthy, efficient and keen to properly address a number of cracked convectors in our home. In addition they managed to move quickly to prevent further damage. They were very respectful of our home, very polite and neat. On a final note the bill to repair and test the system was quite reasonable. Huge thanks to the team at Presidential!
I am extremely grateful to Presidential Plumbing and Heating.for their quick response. Last night my water heater failed leaving my family with no heat and hot water. On Friday, the day after Christmas, we experienced a steam leak in a ceiling heating pipe between our kitchen and dining room. Given that this was part of the holiday weekend we did not know what to expect for service. Tim returned our call within an hour and came to review the leak and recommend next steps.
