I feel it is essential to share my experience in HELL to prevent others from making the same mistake I did. While the location may seem appealing, I cannot emphasize enough that you should avoid moving here. The building suffers from severe cleanliness issues, including a rampant cockroach infestation. I stayed here on and off with a friend a few years ago. For a place that deals with every lowlife on earth and doesn't do background checks, they're doing a GREAT job.
