Went to PFD without an appt, in pain with a cracked filling. Friendly helpful staff. Got me in that morning explained what went wrong with my previous visit to another dentist, devised a plan to fix it, and did. I was out in 45 mins problem solved. When people are so happy to work in a place it reveals volumes of the leadership, love, and respect they have for their boss. I was very impressed.
