Terrible for pricing, poor management, cars get broken into, random people appear in your apartment at 3 in the morning, and they always tryna find a way to charge you more and act like they doing you some service. Said they would have security had it for a month… maybe… Replace things that should be replaced when there is no tenant and act like I can’t be upset about moving my stuff around and letting random contractors in… while I’m living here actively paying 50% more than I originally came here paying for NOTHING to be b... read more
Save your money!!! This place lacks communication in the worst way, they are renovating these apartments. It is extremely noisy and the apartment complex does not reach out to the Tenants to notify them of when repairs will be done. It is extremely noisy. They don't communicate about any changes coming to your apartment your building the washers and dryers the dryers. Don't even work. You have to dry your clothes 15 times before they're dry. Did not enjoy my time here only leased a year . When first moved in I experienced Rats , ants AND bed bugs within the first month of moving in, car broken into multiple times while living there , office changed management 3-4 times and raised rent $300+ , mold grows in all the windows constantly and excessively ( and yes I was wiping them down and using mold remover) they CALKED over previous mold it was a constant cycle, no fan in bathroom to control humidity and windows are hard to open some don’t even open , AC unit only ... read more
It's okay, pretty good quality but there's better for cheaper out there. I had a basement apartment for 6 months before the company raised the rent (I came in just as they bought it and were trying to renovate and "bring it up to market price") so I moved out.
