It's okay, pretty good quality but there's better for cheaper out there. I had a basement apartment for 6 months before the company raised the rent (I came in just as they bought it and were trying to renovate and "bring it up to market price") so I moved out.
I have lived here over 6 yrs. Yes rent has gone up but so has comfort. Thank you Cabot for for your efforts and success in making our community feel like home again Now can we talk about the laundry situation. CSC has to go!

New management company sucks I alwys have tried to reach out to Nicole and she never returns my call awful service from CORPORATE My car has been broken into 4 times and I can’t even break my lease smh nothing is ever done ! DO NOT RENT HERE
