I have been living at the Presidential Drive apartments in Quincy for almost a year now , and my experience improved significantly after the new management took over. The difference was honestly noticeable. The team has been much more responsive, friendly, and professional. I love living here it's nice and peaceful quiet, summertime we got to swimming pool 24 hours gym. and I love the new renovations on the new apartments.
I’d recommend taking any reviews posted before March 2025 with a pinch of salt — things have been changing for the better at Presidential Estates since the new management took over earlier this year.
