Be cautious of renting at The Slums of Presidential Estates. They got me into an absolutely filthy unit, Bruce “The Con Man” Morrison promised corrections, but delivered lies and gaslighting! Providing move-in pictures and move out paperwork! Be very cautious dealing with these people!
Awful place managemeny tidered rude Maintenance guys are amazing very caring people
Moved here and everything has been pretty good. I don’t believe anywhere is perfect however they were definitely very helpful with my move. The lady at the front/upstairs is a sweet person and Mr. Bill is the nicest. Will be updating if anything changes :)
