I’ve been visiting my GF for about one yr. Twice while I was there, the maintenance man has literally unlocked the door & walked in after I ignored the knocking. No 24hr notice which is required by LAW. If you are a single female I would think twice about renting an Apt here. Can you imagine someone walking into your Apt while napping? Complaints have been made but it continues to happen.
Antonio was a wonderful tour guide. I love the apartments and would love to make one a home for myself. The updated ones are absolutely beautiful.
New ownership is doing a great job renovating the spaces! Antonio was super helpful showing me around the facilities and wants to set up tenants with the best options available. Definitely recommend checking it out if you're moving to the area.
I viewed three apartments in this building, they were absolutely stunning, finished kitchen, sparkling hardwood floors, gym, swimming pool, tennis court, and super close to the red line. Highly recommend if you’re a young professional working in the city
