I viewed three apartments in this building, they were absolutely stunning, finished kitchen, sparkling hardwood floors, gym, swimming pool, tennis court, and super close to the red line. Highly recommend if you’re a young professional working in the city

I recently moved into Presidential Estates and I have been thoroughly impressed with my experience so far. The neighborhood is generally quiet. The management and office personnel have been fantastic from the very first day. The staff is consistently polite, courteous, and professional.The maintenance team is spectacular. The units are beautifully well done. Beautiful floors, countertops, lots of closet space, Spacious and bright. Antonio is incredibly great to work with very conveniently located.
