I am very disappointed with this clinic. The doctor completed the treatment, but the customer service has been extremely difficult to deal with. Their customer support is not based in the United States, and I have been trying for more than six months to resolve an issue with insurance paperwork. My insurance company requires additional documents from the provider. However, because the customer service team is overseas, they say they are unable to print and mail the required paperwork to my insurance company. This has caused ... read more
They are an amazing team. They have saved a tooth my other dentist wanted to put a crown on.
The people there were really nice, and friendly. It was a very calm, and peaceful experience.
