Having been in business for over 40 years, I do not think I have ever experienced a company managed as poorly as Presidential Aviation. We hired Presidential to manage our aircraft for charter sales in January of 2022. Despite their glorious promises to us they were only able to fly a TOTAL of 8 charter flights for the entire year. The FAA conformity that was to take 6 weeks took 10 months to get approval. A simple maintenance issue In Boston that should have taken 2 days to repair took 3 crews and 4 weeks time. Is Presidential Aviation luxurious? I wouldn't know because I refuse to fly with a company that hires bigoted employees who have the luxury of harassing and bullying others. One review here says the staff pay great attention to detail. I would agree---there are employees who spend great attention to detail in cyberbullying. I hope Presidential Aviation takes the steps necessary to end this behavior. This is not a good look for Presidential Aviation, especially in the 21st century where bigotry is at least frowned upon.
