I went to do shopping there on 8-6-2024 @ 6:34 pm. That ask one the Head cashier where an Item was I guess, she doesnt understand much English She got angry and told to go Publix to shop this is a Spanish store Im very offended.Very rude to customers at that store

This is a terrible store in terms of customer service. Almost all the employees do not speak English. They treat customers rudely and impatiently. The manager and assistant manger do not act professionally. I have a long story to tell and it's all about their unprofessional manners, and rude behavior, very disrespecful. The assistant manager, ******* was just standing there, not help and does not even tell frustrated customer the rude cashier's name. This place is horrible1 Although the items are good, they don't respect the American people! The cashier stated that "this is a Latino store", but you are in *******. The Haitian "supervisor was so rude, no one would show me where to find the item I was looking for that was in the sales paper...3 employees of which none spoke English! I purchased some dried chiles on 12/31/2023. When I emptied the bag and reviewed the bill, I noticed that I was overcharged more than double the price. I checked the weight using a food scale in my house. I went back today and explained the situation to a woman who seemed to be in charge, I could not get her name or title. She made it sound like I tampered with the package, and she could not refund the amount I was overcharged. The advertised price on the flyer is not the true price at checkout. The computer will post the price at the non sale price. If you show the cashier they will say do you speak Spanish? If you answer yes, then like the person a head of me on line , the cashier adjusts the price to the sale price. But if you answer ,”No I don’t speak Spanish “ they call the manager and the manager says the computer is always right. Of course that’s after the manager asks you if, you speak Spanish. Awful business, They have lots of cool stuff but no one speak English and they refuse to service people that doesn’t speak Spanish.
