Worse parking company ever, i made my whole google account just to write a 1 star review on this lot. Had a appointment there, on their website it explicitly says 2 hours parking. However, was not expecting to still be given a ticket of $90 after we moved the car to a different spot in the lot. The next day, went there for shopping at Yaohan centre and aberdeen. AVOID this parking lot if possible. I have never encountered a parking lot like this before. It only allows 1 hour parking AND only 1 hour in total per day. But the parking lot did not explicitly disclose this info clearly. We followed the rule and left within one hour. Later we came back and bought a bakery here. We parked here for a second time which was also within one hour. We got a ticket. It asked us to pay 90 dollars. That's spam and robbery.

Don't park here at all. The impark here are super stingy about your time here. I went to get new glasses, moved my car to a different location after 1 hour, and then went to eat in the same mall. I came back to a 100$ ticket. Why am I being fined for spending money at mall that this parking lot is for? It's no wonder the stores here have an issues with customer retention when people can't even properly park here without impark harassing them. Best parking lot if you want a parking ticket for no reason. Avoid at all cost. To the property owner, change your parking company, they are the reason no one is going to your location anymore.
