Excellent scraping and paint work, including response to all preparation issues that came up during the project. The painting crew were all very respectful and helpful when possible.
In the fall of 2024, we had the trim of our house painted by the team at Preserve Services. Nei walked around the house with me to review the work plan and discuss alternatives. He provided clear, straightforward guidance on what needed to be done, including any tradeoffs related to cost. Nei and his team did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our home and fixing several areas with rotted wood and damage from a woodpecker. They were efficient and kept the work area very tidy, including clean up after the work was complete. We would highly recommend Preserve Services.
We've had Preserve Services do two projects that included: a porch rebuild, roof leak repair, gutter work and external painting. Both times Nei and his team bid competitively, showed up promptly, did excellent work, and reviewed each job with us to make sure we were satisfied.
