Throughout our 2 years residing at this complex we have always been able to rely on maintenance; specifically Gus. Each and every time we have ever had a question or concern he has gone above and beyond to help fix or solve our inquiries. We highly suggest Preserve North and assure that all maintenance questions will be answered promptly and with expertise. Every time we run in to a maintenance professional they stop to say hello and ask how our day is/how our apartment is. They are both professional and personable.

If you are looking for a quiet place to raise a family, this place is definitely not for you, If you don't mind being around drug transactions, prostitutes, breathing odor from cigarettes and cracks cocaine everyday from your neighbor, then this place is for you, management expects tenants to keep units very clean, meanwhile when I moved in place was filthy especially on top of food cabinets which the filth is still there from previous tenants or contractors, I've asked numerous times to clean there filth when I moved in, 7 ... read more
