If you are looking for a quiet place to raise a family, this place is definitely not for you, If you don't mind being around drug transactions, prostitutes, breathing odor from cigarettes and cracks cocaine everyday from your neighbor, then this place is for you, management expects tenants to keep units very clean, meanwhile when I moved in place was filthy especially on top of food cabinets which the filth is still there from previous tenants or contractors, I've asked numerous times to clean there filth when I moved in, 7 ... read more
This review is for the maintenance and office staff. Every time I have any issue, I can reach out to the office to start a work order immediately. The office staff is efficient and accomodating with my schedule! The maintenance staff is excellent! Everyone is friendly and professional. When it's a specialty issue, maintenance will source out help. For example, at one point I had needed a plumber. I appreciate the level of service that I have been receiving here.
I've been living here for 19 years now. Never had roaches, I do now. This place is infested with roaches even in the laundry room on and inside the washing machines. The trash rooms are loaded with roaches. Many of my neighbors also have problems with mice. The dogs have taken over here. They have a dog park and dogs also the run of the courtyard where they also relieve themselves with children at play on the lawn full of urine in feces residue. This is a direct health hazard. Its a good place to live, not the greatest, but it has its benefits and the apartments are in good condition.
Preserve North has been a great place to live. I have great friendly neighbors. The staff is attentive to our needs from maintenance to food pantry. I love the fact that they care about what we have to say and help to provide needs both individually and as a community. They create a great community with special events, newsletters and events in the neighborhood.
