The office staff has been helpful and professional, but I especially want to recognize Gustavo and the maintenance team for their exceptional service. They’re responsive, friendly, and always go above and beyond to make sure issues are handled quickly and thoroughly. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in the property.
Moraya Ugwu at the leasing office is absolutely amazing, she made the whole application process so much easier and less stressful, always keep us posted, definitely went above and beyond. During the room tour we can tell that she really cares and she’s very respected by the community. As someone who plans to stay here for a long time I really look forward to seeing her moving up to the higher management and improving this community to next level!
I would strongly caution anyone considering living in this building. The conditions were completely unacceptable and, unsafe. There was a severe and ongoing infestation of both mice and cockroaches throughout the apartment. This wasn’t an isolated issue it was persistent and clearly not being properly addressed by management. Throughout our 2 years residing at this complex we have always been able to rely on maintenance; specifically Gus. Each and every time we have ever had a question or concern he has gone above and beyond to help fix or solve our inquiries. We highly suggest Preserve North and assure that all maintenance questions will be answered promptly and with expertise. Every time we run in to a maintenance professional they stop to say hello and ask how our day is/how our apartment is. They are both professional and personable.
