Difficult to contact, poor communication and a last minute cancellation. I placed an order for a turkey dinner for the holidays with a months notice. I received email confirmation of my order but when I reached out to confirm (24 hours before pick up), I was informed my order did not come through properly and so it would not be fulfilled. I was told I would receive a refund within 7-10 business days and I still haven’t seen it come through (it has been 10 business days). We recently hosted a party at our home and couldn’t be happier with the catering, bartending, and event planning provided by Cindy and her team at Preserve Indulgence Catering. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, the cocktails were a hit, and the service was polished and seamless. Their attention to detail and organization made everything stress-free, allowing us to truly enjoy the evening! Highly recommend for any special event! 10/10!!
Cindy and her team threw us the most amazing celebration of marriage ever. We had a very different idea of what we wanted, compared to the usual wedding experience and they delivered flawlessly. I continue to get messages about how great it was for our guests and Preserve has now set a new standard for what a wedding should be.
