Shout out to Jomana! From day one of touring the community up until moving in and till this day as a resident, she had been the absolute best. Her customer service is amazing and she’s always in character. I know for a fact I was annoying as hell and rude during the process and she always stayed friendly and helpful and professional. Christiny was our leasing agent and she was amazing to work with! She was so quick, friendly and helpful in her communication, made sure all our questions were answered and we had everything we needed to ensure a smooth move-in process. Any minor issues we had with the apartment were promptly addressed and fixed before we moved in, thanks to a very efficient maintenance team.
Just wanted to let the corporate bosses know that Jay with the dreads that work for you guys is doing an amazing job!! I let the rental office know and I hope you see this message as well. Beautiful and modern apartments. They are set in a prime location for easy commute to work. Megan C was an excellent tour guide and answered all of our questions with ease. I would recommend living here from what we were shown.
