Landsea Homes are liars. They are like annoying car salesman. Landsea Homes lie and tell you anything to sell their very quickly, but poorly made houses. Landsea homes give you a year warranty but you have to jump through hoops, constantly call and email. Just for them to ignore you all year long and tell you "they wait for the end of the year to fix everything at once". Landsea homes will lie to sell homes. their houses are so fast to get put up. the quality is also very poor. they give you a year to fix anything that is considered "their" fault. just be sure you call them everyday for an update. they will push as far as they can to get to that year point then tell you its past their year. the send incompetent fixers.
