Nice and well maintained
We are currently having our home built with Express Homes and have had a great experience. Brooke has been helpful with any and all questions we have had. She referred us to their lenders which has been a very easy and seemless process. We get weekly updates with pictures since we currently reside in California, really makes us feel like we are part of the building process. All in all we are very happy with our decision to purchase with them!
Buying a new build is a new experience for me. Brooke has made the process easier by answering a multitude of questions with concise and clear answers, all in a friendly manner.
We have purchased a lot at the Preserve and have been incredibly happy with the responsiveness of whom we have worked with so far. Brooke has been keeping us up to date on progress and has already responded to any inquiries with the process quickly. Helcio was also key to our interest in this community as he kept us up to date on availability and alerted us as soon as lots became available. We look forward to living here!
