This is second time I visited Perry model home in Missouri City for an VA loan event with sale professionals Tracy Faultry and Robin Gifford loan officer. Robin provides a lot of information and programs for VA loan. The information is very useful for me to help my VA clients. Update: Their little message of “concern” to this review is to show y’all they “care” or truly “helping”. THEY DON’T! Don’t move here they don’t answer their phone nor emails. Have to keep reporting to corporate on their employees to get things completed. Rent is 10 times more than listed on website. Don’t fall for the free month/s if you are trying to live affordable because after that rent quickly sneaks up in the 2,000’s no matter the floor plan.
