Just toured with Kenneth. He was very personable, knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend him to anyone interested. Very surprised at how the bigger 2BR unit looks. It prices like another Greystar community but they are always very nice, good on amenities etc. You get what you pay for. Manager was super nice as well— very personable as well! Seems like a lovely place to stay!
Had a great experience touring the property and ultimately leasing a spot. So far so good. Shout out to Monica and her manager for providing such an amazing onboarding experience.
I will be leaving a very detailed review AS TO WHY you need to look further down the road and DO not sign a lease with these people. To be continued soon…. 1 of a few: You are required to pay a mandatory … monthly mandatory pest fee, and I have yet to see these ‘pest control’ people out here every month controlling ‘pests’ roaches. Not to mention there are roaches in my unit, still. I would include a picture, but nobody wants to see a picture of that. It’s disgusting. I’ve been living here for quite some time, and overall, my experience has been really positive. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, you can tell management takes pride in keeping the property looking great. I’ve had a few minor maintenance issues along the way, but every time I’ve reached out, the team has followed through until everything was resolved.
