I wasn't going to leave this review but after contacting this place time after time with no reply, I guess this is the only way they will get back to me so I can get my money back. I was charged $234 for 2 weeks water in a 2 bedroom (see statement below). Thieves!!! Save yourself the headache and DO NOT move here! My lease was up and i paid through end of May with $0 balance. They found an Additional $300+ because i turned the keys in when the office opened on June 1 since they are not open on May 31 at 11:59 pm. i had confirmed the key turn in and move out date with the owner prior (see the owners signed confirmation for my move out date but they charged me an additional day).
