I was charged $234 for 2 weeks water in a 2 bedroom (see statement below). Thieves!!! Save yourself the headache and DO NOT move here! My lease was up and i paid through end of May with $0 balance. AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN THE DOOR YOU ARE GREETED WHAT THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE AREA. Good afternoon on yesterday me and my family visit the property we was greeted with good customer service, tour of the property was good we wasn't rush Mrs. Susan took her time helping view the 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom, she answered all our questions about the application process. I like to thank Mrs.Susan for her hospitality and answer all our questions about the rent house. I really love the property and hopefully this will be our next home to move in.
I cannot express how impressed I am with The Preserve and especially with Clarissa's exceptional service in helping me find my perfect home.
