Update: Their little message of “concern” to this review is to show y’all they “care” or truly “helping”. THEY DON’T! Don’t move here they don’t answer their phone nor emails. Have to keep reporting to corporate on their employees to get things completed. Rent is 10 times more than listed on website. Don’t fall for the free month/s if you are trying to live affordable because after that rent quickly sneaks up in the 2,000’s no matter the floor plan. Rent is 10 times more than listed on website. Don’t fall for the free month/s if you are trying to live affordable because after that rent quickly sneaks up in the 2,000’s no matter the floor plan. I moved here thinking it would make a difference but nope it’s now 100 dollars difference in rent from my old apartment and don’t have an attached garage. Was really trying to love this place.
Living here for four months has been an incredible experience. The place is amazing, and the people are great. Jacqueline, in particular, is the best.
Just toured with Kenneth. He was very personable, knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend him to anyone interested. Very surprised at how the bigger 2BR unit looks. It prices like another Greystar community but they are always very nice, good on amenities etc. You get what you pay for. Manager was super nice as well— very personable as well! Seems like a lovely place to stay!
