Ghetto Greystar. If I could give a 0 I would. This is my third Greystar apartment, I gave 5 stars to the other 2, but the Preserve at Highway 6 is a 0. I had to throw all the food out because my refrigerator AND my 2 neighbor’s refrigerator don’t work. The maintenance man came and looked at it and said he would be back and still has not returned after a week. I left messages that the floors were being ruined and I had to throw out all my food. Like why did they make these luxury trailer homes? To make a quick buck? Brings the value of the area down and brings in all these people. Will turn to the ghetto in about 3 years
I will be leaving a very detailed review AS TO WHY you need to look further down the road and DO not sign a lease with these people. To be continued soon…. 1 of a few: You are required to pay a mandatory … monthly mandatory pest fee, and I have yet to see these ‘pest control’ people out here every month controlling ‘pests’ roaches. Not to mention there are roaches in my unit, still. I would include a picture, but nobody wants to see a picture of that. It’s disgusting.
