Don’t move in they are really trifling!!! My neighbor above me allows her dogs to poop feces and urine on my balcony/patio. The office has done nothing about it. It’s been going on for 3-4 months now. They show no kind of concern and very nonchalant about it.

People's leaving trash bags under the tree. I have reported several times. There has not been any letters sent out to the residents about the rules a violation. Since Ms. Washington left. I was one of the first one moved in my unit. I love my apartment. But these are some destructive children's. You all need to screen these people's who y'all moving in. You going up on the rent every year but doing anything about these destructive family.
