We have enjoyed our experience at The Preserve so far. Any issues we have had, they have been quick to rectify. The office staff is very friendly and it is a quiet and calm environment. In addition to the fun breakfasts and food trucks they have on sight, you are automatically connected with Amenify. A great program that offers you FREE cash and rewards. What a wonderful perk for already living somewhere! Would recommend.
I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Preserve at Colony Lakes so far. The community is in a great location, my apartment is comfortable, and the staff has been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. I’m glad I chose to make this my home and would definitely recommend Preserve at Colony Lakes to anyone looking for a new place to live.
I really do enjoy living in this complex! The complex is really quiet and take care of maintenance issues and concerns about the property quickly. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Krystal who has worked with me since moving in years ago. They are always happy to greet you when they see you around the complex. Maintenance is done super quick and matters are usually taken care of in 24 hours. The events and food trucks are also a great bonus. Again really enjoy this complex and look forward to continuing to ... read more
