The additional fees are outrageous!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Nothing is fix in a timely manner. The grounds are dirty.. when I first moved in here.. these apartments were top tier NOW.. save yourself the trouble go across the street to Shadowbrooke or Silverbrooke..
