My fiancé and I recently toured The Preserve at Colony Lakes, and we had a great experience! We didn’t have an appointment, but the two ladies in the office were very welcoming and helpful. April assisted us and took the time to go over the pricing of the floor plan we were interested in. Since one of the plans wasn’t available for an in-person tour, she showed us a virtual tour instead, which was really helpful. Beautiful apartments. Lovely staff and very helpful with everything. Crystal was very welcoming and made our whole experience so memorable. She really sold us our unit by making us have a laugh and feel welcome in the community.
I love it here the front office staff is wonderful. They make you feel so welcome and when they see you around the property they wave and greet you. I have never lived anywhere before like this. Amazing experience. I love it here!!
