My experience here has been lovely. My wife and I are finding that the facilities offered are up to date and extremely practical. As well, the staff team have all been lovely and accommodating for us. I would recommend for new and young families alike.

My fiancé and I recently toured The Preserve at Colony Lakes, and we had a great experience! We didn’t have an appointment, but the two ladies in the office were very welcoming and helpful. April assisted us and took the time to go over the pricing of the floor plan we were interested in. Since one of the plans wasn’t available for an in-person tour, she showed us a virtual tour instead, which was really helpful. Beautiful apartments. Lovely staff and very helpful with everything. Crystal was very welcoming and made our whole experience so memorable. She really sold us our unit by making us have a laugh and feel welcome in the community.
