Worst community to live in, in all of Nashville This community started placing boots on peoples cars because the Front gate does not work and they did not want people parking here who do not live here. This morning I woke up with a boot on my vehicle and I pay for three spots to park. Not sure why this is and apparently it is not the first time. I hope somebody reads this comment and chooses not to live here because this is not the only problem. This place is nothing but problems.

My husband has lived in this apartment complex since before he met me (since 2018) and I have lived with him here since September 2019. Since the start of the pandemic, you can not reach anyone in the office. If someone does contact you after you've left a voicemail, it's via email or text message. Two weekends ago, our mailroom (which holds the entire complex's mailboxes) was broken into. My car tags were stolen along with three checks our friends and family had sent to us as wedding gifts. Overpriced; Deficient Management I cannot, in good conscience, recommend anyone to live at the Preserve. Property management is generally unwilling to assist residents with issues and are both overwhelmingly inept & difficult to work with. The property is, at most, adequate in its maintenance and amenities. However, the value tenants received is overshadowed by overpriced rent and consistent nickel-and-dime type fees. Bad choice Average community to live in. Little overpriced. Office staff not at helpful once you have rented the unit. Maintenance and trash services highly overpriced. Parking is overpriced. Not suggesting it to any of my friends.
Beware of the "Express Cleaning Service" Scam! My family and I lived in the Preserve Apartments last year. When we moved in, we were told that new carpets would be installed prior to our arrival but that never happened. The carpets we had were very matted, crusty, and unpleasant to live with. We had to request an additional cleaning service shortly after moving in to get this issue resolved. For the most part, everything was fine after the initial carpet incident. Hello, I apologize for our miscommunication about your carpet at move in. Since we were able to clean and remove the stains in your carpet prior to you moving in we did not replace it. The average carpet life is 5-7 years depending on the type of carpeting. On the Inventory and Condition form that you filled out and signed at move-in, the carpet was noted as clean. The Express Clean covers a general cleaning of the apartment and does not cover any excess cleaning, carpet cleaning or damage beyond normal wear and tear. We ass... read more
Cheap management Such cheap management people, they charge you for cleaning and maintenance even after paying the express cleaning charges. Doesn't recommend this apartment to any one.
