I cannot, in good conscience, recommend anyone to live at the Preserve. Property management is generally unwilling to assist residents with issues and are both overwhelmingly inept & difficult to work with. The property is, at most, adequate in its maintenance and amenities. However, the value tenants received is overshadowed by overpriced rent and consistent nickel-and-dime type fees.
