Our family had the worst experience working with the community sales manager. We visited the community and liked one of the lots. We wanted to check a couple of other plans and were supposed to work with the community manager the next day. This community sells based on first come first serve. We receive a call that they have decided to go ahead with someone else who stopped by and wanted us to then counter offer.
