This shop offers a great range of products but the unfriendly owner and staff make the experience quite unpleasant and awkward. It’s a small shop and you don’t even get a greeting when you walk in. There’s no help offered when you’re trying to find something or work out how to use the electronic scales. It’s a shame because a friendly atmosphere would make a big difference. I’ll be taking my custom to ScoopAway in the future for a much more pleasant shopping experience.

Bad customer service experience. Went in with my children to refill on Friday 17th July 2026. Was made to feel inconvenient by staff who assumed I understood all the processes who set is up for failure watching refill whilst stepping over me to get to stock room as if I was in the way and telling me I’d done it wrong whilst watching me with plenty of time to intervene and help. When asked for help was indicated to use an old used cloth to wipe the floor and bottles with. No help. We were told off not supported. Unfriendly. A... read more

It's a great store, but a shame the owner is so rude (as has been noted by many others). I try to avoid going in when he's serving as you're never going to have a nice time. I think he'd do well to go on a customer interaction course.
