The person that runs the knox county maine area is a horrible property manager. You can't get anywhere with anyone. So bad the my mother in-law is been living in black mold and a leaking roof for the pass few years. So we took matters into our own hands and now we have gotten the town code enforcement involved. Cause this company has been doing thing illegally and not keeping a safe living environment for their tenants.
Why does this company breed cockroaches at Afton Garden Apartments in Roanoke, Va on Hunt Ave? The cockroaches have been infested here by the thousands. Why is Preservation Management based in Maine if Roanoke City owns the complex?? This is a huge government defrauding scam robbing federal taxpayers of their money. I loved my apartment. The maintenance is ridiculous. The building is filthy. In the year I lived there I never saw anyone clean, nor vacuum and the garbage kept in the basement, the fridge in the common area filled with mold, the refrigerators in the basement full of mold and Amanda the so-called manager, I met her once in that year. It can be a great place to live. The building is sound but management and maintenance needs to be replaced.
The most unprofessional person, named Morgan, in Campbellsville that I've ever dealt with. Tells you lies right to your face just to shut you up. Then they have you jump through hoops for 2 months just to get an apartment to be told we were not approved. Even though, we were completely approved prior to our last conversation. We were even given our apartment number and all the details and was even told we could get keys. And literally the next day we're handed a paper saying not approved. You're ruining people's life's.
This review is for Damien Haynes. A maintenance tech with the property. Extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. If I could leave a 10 star review I would! I work with maintenance techs every day and none have impressed me more than Damien did today! Keep up the great work!
