Great apartments on Pearl St. Ideal for SFA students looking for an off-campus option. Each unit is a 2 bed 2 bath with a kitchen and living room. Rent is agreeable if you're living with roommates or splitting it in some form. The property is owned by the Malone family and the owners are great people. Stacie Malone is very responsive and oftentimes is managing the property by herself. Any maintenance issues were handled within a week by Stacie. The landlords there are available for any concerns that you have. They are very friendly, kept the complex clean, safe, and made the move-in process very easy. I had a great experience while residing there.
I lived at Preservation Hill for 3 years and had the best experience. If I ever needed anything I could always call my landlords who were always available to help as soon as possible. Preservation Hill is infinitely better than living in one of the large complexes.
Absolutely enjoy this complex. I leased once before and ending up leaving due to work. I needed to come back and Stacie the owner was more than happy to accommodate me. I left on good terms and she had no hesitation to have me back. She is one hard working landlord on top of that. The price is great. I have a fully furnished apartment and it has all the bells and whistles. I definitely recommend this complex.
