This place is so well kept and maintained! Everyone else lost all utilities during a snow storm except for us bc the owners themselves came and worked around the clock to make sure everyone was taken care of. You don’t see that anymore these days!
Stacie and Todd were and still are the best landlords we’ve ever had! Leasing from them was the best apartment experience my partner and I have ever had and we honestly want to come back to Nac and rent from them again if we can!! The location is amazing whether or not you have a car available to you and the neighbors were never a problem!
Great apartments on Pearl St. Ideal for SFA students looking for an off-campus option. Each unit is a 2 bed 2 bath with a kitchen and living room. Rent is agreeable if you're living with roommates or splitting it in some form. The property is owned by the Malone family and the owners are great people. Stacie Malone is very responsive and oftentimes is managing the property by herself. Any maintenance issues were handled within a week by Stacie. The landlords there are available for any concerns that you have. They are very friendly, kept the complex clean, safe, and made the move-in process very easy. I had a great experience while residing there.
I lived at Preservation Hill for 3 years and had the best experience. If I ever needed anything I could always call my landlords who were always available to help as soon as possible. Preservation Hill is infinitely better than living in one of the large complexes.
