Biscuit was insanely dense as seen, which is odd for a place specializing in them, but cheap prices.
Vegan menu! Loved it!
I am from the South and have been living here for over 25 years. Southern food is the one thing NOVA just can’t get quite right. The biscuits were dry for me. Pretty tasteless. I guess I am used to a more buttery, southern style biscuit. But the place was really cute. Great concept. The sandwich was good overall - just wish the biscuit wasn’t so dry!
I use to love coming here however the last two times l came (including today), the customer service was lacking and the restaurant looked dirty and in need of repair, painting, etc.
We had a wonderful experience at Preservation Biscuit Company! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. One of the things we appreciated most was the separate vegan menu, which made it so easy for everyone in our group to find something they could enjoy.
