I had a deep tissue massage with Lainey. She was excellent. I was sore for a couple of days, but believe me it was well worth it. My legs and feet haven't hurt at all. I have neuropathy and this is the first relief I have had in 2 years. I have an appointment to go back. I'm a believer... massage therapy can do more than anything I have tried.
