Working with several builders and trades at the moment. Preserva has put the rest to shame. Supportive and willing to answer question, amazing job (I wish their plasterers were available for other work) considerate and clean. And so understanding of our situation, willing to help. They are brilliant at what they do - I just wish all builders / trades were like them.

Preserva-CSS have been amazing right from the start of my contact with them, through to finishing the work, and provide excellent old fashioned customer service which is something I value highly. Don came and did the original survey for a damp issue under the bay window area of my sitting room (Victorian house). My cellar was ingressing quite a lot of water during heavy or continuous rain. I contacted Preserva CSS and explained my concerns to a very understanding person. They arranged a surveyor to attend my home. On arriving Chris, the surveyor, explained everything to me in terms of what the work would entail, including costs involved. They were busy, therefore, there was a short hiatus before work could be commenced.
