Terrible company that does terrible work and the warranty is a fraud. Retaining wall and patio didn’t even make it 2 years and then they try to blame the hillside which is why we needed a retaining wall in the first place. Now the owner is unavailable and away on business.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After looking at some of their one star reviews I can totally see a pattern in this company and they do not take responsibility for their mess up’s. My family used this company for a retaining wall/patio. A week after completion the patio started falling apart and is now falling dow the hill. They do not honor their warranty!! Says they came out to fix it but clearly from these photos the problem was not fixed!!
What an awesome experience I had with these guys!! They did a fantastic job on installing some drainage on my side yard. From start to finish everything was just awesome. Casey and his crew had great communication, great workmanship, and cleaned up thoroughly after installation. They even came back out to further improve a few places where there was still some water retention by grading the area to move the water toward the drain.
