I have been attending Jennifer's yoga class for several years. I highly recommend this class. Jennifer is such a patient, calm and supportive teacher. Her cues for the yoga poses are easy to follow and she tells you the different levels if needed. It's always fun and relaxing. I have noticed a great improvement in my flexibility, strength and over all well being. I love the sense of community and belonging that I feel from this class. Jennifer and her class are truly awesome
