Let me start off by saying Mr. Miller is amazing!! I have been a client for about 2 years now! My experience with the office manager, Marissa, and my therapist have been nothing but pleasant, professional and supportive!! They always go above and beyond and they truly care! I give Presence Therapy a 100/100!
This practice had a booth at pride, stating that they had a lot of providers and could get new clients in without a long wait. I played phone tag, as most of the calls I made went to voicemail and calls weren't returned promptly. I was finally able to schedule an appointment. Evan is the best therapist!
You tell me if you want mental health help from a business that has a 3.5 star average.I have been calling the office for the past three days to set up an appointment and all I have been getting is the office managers voice-mail. We have been playing phone tag because despite calling at 9am, noon and 5pm (before they close). We have had really bad experiences for mental health help with my son in the past, so needless to say we were all nervous trying AGAIN. I think we have officially found our help though! Everyone was so kind and accepting from reception to our counselor. We are excited to continue to go (even my son!). I am insanely grateful to be able to take him here!
