The amount of suffering Dr. Xu has put my husband through by refusing to put him back on a medicine that is dangerous to be off of after being in it for 4 years just because he smokes a little Marijuana in a recreational state is ridiculous. If this isn't addressed he will have no other choice but to go elsewhere. He also labeled him an alcoholic even those he's been sober since August 10, 2016. This is beyond fathomable the amount of struggling he has been going through!!
Insufficient instructors and staff. Allow individuals to break the rules. Monopolized area with IDPH from a non licensed instructor.
I must say I do not like any psych hospital just because they are always pretty miserable but this was one of my better stays. It was over a year ago but I felt like the majority of the staff actually knew what was up and were genuinely kind to me unlike Riverside that looks and is ran like a prison. Dr Xu was awesome and Sarah and Maria were doing case work for me while I was homeless and they did a great job! Overall my experience was better than most other hospitals!
