An absolutely horrible and life changing experience there. When the patient liaison was contacted in good faith in hopes of a simple resolution, the "don't sue me" stance fully kicked in. Written communication was largely ignored until they finally did have a response of throwing up an attorney blanket to hide behind. I couldn't afford an attorney and the damages were deemed to likely be insufficient for one to want to take the case on contingency.
