Horrible staff up front, power hungry swines in front. Just lazy and incompetent. Well the 2 to the right side. Good luck trying to get labs done with them 2 clowns. It's hit or miss.
In and out every time
While Dr Javed is an excellent doctor the team is not on top of things including prescription refills. And if you complain it seems likely next time it will take longer to refill your next request. And it team places direct blame on the doctor. This is after being referred to the app to make it easier on the team and myself... Which says on the app allow 48 hrs for refill to be approved, i was later told allow 72 business hours. Today i am still waiting on a refill approval after over 120 BUSINESS HOURS
