I set up an appointment 3 months prior to see Kirstin Mitchell as she is the only Psychiatrist that would test someone for ADD "in a 100 mile radius" and went through the pre-screen where they retrieved all my information. Then I called 2 weeks prior to the appt to make sure I had given them all the proper information and to confirm my appt time which was successful again.
