I've had better... The office staff has no clue what is going on. I had billing issues and they were clueless as to how to resolve them. I had Dr. Roberto something or other. He was a great guy. Very friendly and knowledgeable. However the wait time to get in was long and again I can't stress enough that the office staff there is pretty much useless.
June 2007 Prior to my coming to RICC for chronic back pain (which I have had for over 10 years), I had been seen by numerous doctors at several hospital emergency rooms, who could not help me. When the pain was at it worst, I arrived at RICC, without advance notice, had a somewhat long wait (which I expected -- they're one of only a few facilities that will take walk-ins), the office staff and doctors were most helpful, showing patience and compassion. review Staff is not exactly very caring or courteous. The doctor that took care of may child told me to take her to a pediatrician. My Pediatrician was closed on Sunday. She had to patience with my child. They should have a sign that says no children. I felt I was not treated with respect.
slightly long wait but good care I went here once after looking them up in the yellow pages when I had a cough that would not go away. I had to wait for about 40 minutes before I was seen by a nurse and then a doctor. The nurse ran a few small tests that the doctor later repeated for the most part. All of the staff was very friendly, I have no complaints about the actual service just the waiting. and I ended up receiving some a prescription for antibiotics after spending 90 minutes there.
