Caring staff and doctors feel safe there I'm in good hands
Can't say enough good things about Dr. Gustafson, the dietitian who treated my dad, and the staff who assisted with his chemo and radiation. However, the staff who is in charge of making/returning phone calls are terrible. More times than not, we were told we would get a call back and never received it. On many occasions, after waiting a week for a phone call we were told we'd get, we'd have to make the call. We've tried making appointments with the doctor and the staff refused to set them up.
