The program is effective, I have lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks, and I love the energy I have now. However, the staff never answers any of my questions, I have asked for information on the injections twice now and both times was looked at like I sprouted a third eye, and I still haven't been given the information. Among other things, like payment and cost, they haven't informed me of anything other than initial cost, and I feel like they don't really care about my concerns as long as they get their money.
