We call ahead of time to make sure they have the meds we need. Three days before time to fill. We do this every time twice a month. Once for me and then two weeks later for my wife. With doing that I don't understand why they can't have the meds we need when we need them. It seems like it's just all business for them money wise and not actually caring about us and customer service. Why can't they keep the meds in stock when they know it is going to be needed.

This place is more concerned with making a dollar than actual well being of patients. They would not fill a prescription over the weekend for a nursing home resident that was a former client that was an immediate need and have done the same in the past with Some immediate needs. Petty business practices instead of integrity and doing what is right.
