Really disappointing experience with what appeared to be the owner. Her tone was condescending and unnecessarily hostile over a straightforward prescription question. A pharmacy should make people feel comfortable asking for help, not judged or spoken down to. Based on this interaction, I would not feel comfortable returning.

I called to check whether my doctor's prescription had been received. When I asked whether the pharmacy could help contact my doctor's office if it hadn't, the employee became argumentative, hung up on me, and during a later call said words to the effect of, "You're talking too much for a controlled substance." I've used this pharmacy before for the same prescription, and she acknowledged that several times, so I don't understand why a routine question was treated this way. Rude nasty pharmacist. I'm a newly diagnosed adult ADHD'er...so I'm also very new to whatever is surrounding the shortages for Adderall and the like. I paid for a service to find pharmacies with it in stock and had my clinician transfer my Rx here. I called the next morning to see if it was ready and had an expectation of what my out-of-pocket cost would be. Their Google hours and sign out front should reflect the hours properly. I sent my prescription to this store because their hours showed open on July 4th. When I arrive, the doors are locked and no one was inside. The sign outside of limited hours were from weeks beforehand. I had to ask the doctor’s office to change my store to elsewhere so I could pick up the prescription the same day.
