I don’t know how to put it on a public platform but it’s a big part of aggravation for me having to call multiple times to get a straight answer on what’s going on with my shipment. It’s an absolute pain in the balls to put up with the same thing every month.
We left caremax / asscend for PMF & we are having a very good experience...many reviews here are for things that really doesnt relate to medicines , prompness & customer service....we are happy with PMF.....caremax asscend was a nightmare!! Every refill was a problem...half of reps speak english to just get by...the other half was worse...
customer service is good but why do I need to call in to get refills? NO auto fills make it a pain in the ass having to call for prescriptions every time I need a refill, then it takes a week to receive the order.
I had awful experiences with this provider, mostly due to the fact that their website is in no way capable of supporting the mail-order service they supposedly provide. You have to call in for everything, and the phone techs often have no information available in their system and you have to repeat everything you already put into the web form. Every RX fill or refill required multiple calls with the pharmacy and my doctor to get it right, and even then you get little to no updates on their process until your meds *maybe* sho... read more
