On two occasions my son’s injections for his crohns has been late causing him to miss doses. He works off shore and must have it before he leaves. No way to get to him. This could cause major issues with his health. Terrible and inexcuseable!
Ms. Roxanne is my "RX angel". She has truly been my RX advocate and has worked beyond expectation to assistant in ways that I didn't feel was possible. When I have given up hope, she pulls through. My greatest appreciation to and for her. My biggest fear has always been a day when she isn't there to help me she's incredible!
Horrible experience. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I use a different provider for my son that is much better. Do yourself a favor and don’t use them.

I don’t know how to put it on a public platform but it’s a big part of aggravation for me having to call multiple times to get a straight answer on what’s going on with my shipment. It’s an absolute pain in the balls to put up with the same thing every month.
