My association uses this vendor for snow removal in MN - the quality of work is terrible! I caught TWO snow shovelers on camera going to the bathroom on my patio. When I went to confront them EARLY in the morning and they didn't speak any English - I questioned the supervisor to see if they were undocumented immigrants and he shrugged his shoulders and said, "half of them don't speak English." I always wondered why they started shoveling at midnight....DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
Thr Travis Crew has a hard time completing the job at our small complex in Maplewood, they blow around a few leaves and some grass clippings off the drive but leave the bulk of it. They also fail to trim around fences and small areas that the mower cant get to. I asked them to blow out the rock gardens that was supposed to be done with the spring cleaning and again, he blew out a couple of leaves and left once I left.
