I've gotten a product from them every 2 months or so for the past year and have had no problems but I received a bottle of the same product recently that was super grainy and the texture was really off. They sent me another bottle and it had the same issue, so they sent a third bottle and it also had the same issue! Feels like they're trying to offload bad product on people and hope they don't care. There's no quality control whatsoever.

Medicine is not working at all , make my skin bad instead improve. Dr. Recommended one and this company sold me for four same products, they agreed for refund then doesn’t refund until 3 months yet. Less than zero star.

One star is too many. They are a sham. Called 4 times. Left my information 4 times. Some nobody takes your information to pass along to a Jonathon foe whom they don’t have an extension number. Jonathon never calls back. Just a waste of time. Stay away.

Absolutely awful! Stay away! They advertised a special promotion for my prescription (discount on a 3 month supply). By the time I got to my second container it was going bad as well as the third container. There is no expiration date on the container. I had to give a lot number to the rep in order for her to send the number to a different department to determine if it was expired. They told me it was and I would have to purchase a new supply. They would contact my dermatologist to get a refill for me. NO THANK YOU!! Awful b... read more

Terrible customer service and horrible to their employees , they are. Always out of stock , never gave ETA and lie abut everything that goes on. Plus their products are over priced for things you can buy Over the counter
