This is the most worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a custom shutter in August 2024. They were to match the other shutter. It did not. So this company removed a louver to redo my shutter the correct color. Today June 13, 2025, I am still waiting for my new shutter and to return my louver from my other shutter. Placed an order on March 3, 2025 and paid 50% upfront. Unable to reach anyone for an update, they don't respond to voicemail or email.
Do not buy - owner is a thief - took our down payment - after 4 months no blinds and will not pay back $ after lying about it over and over. He deserves no stars.
