Expecting up to a week wait for the service and parts needed, I received a phone call a day and half later telling me to come pick them up! We had guests that pulled our blinds off the track before they left. Looking through papers from the previous home owners, I found Prescott Window Coverings. I stopped by the store with a picture of the damage. They knew immediately what needed to be done. They came out, picked up the damaged unit, ordered parts, repaired it at their shop and reinstalled. Works perfectly and the cost to pickup/repair/reinstall was very reasonable. No excuses, they just did and great job. Thank you so much! Tom

Many thanks to both Jay and Ryan for a timely and totally excellent repair. Jay understood my time issues and found a way to solve them. Ryan did a perfect repair, showed me how to pull the cords and even how to use the tech to write this review. I would give them ten stars if I could.
